NAK GE50
Designation: EN 1856-1 – T600 – H1 – D – Vm – L50060 – G50
NAK GE50 systems are double wall modular stainless steel flue liner, designated specially to work under elevated temperatures of up to 600C, and high pressure of up to 5000 Pa.
NAK GE50 is fire rated, tested and certified according to EN 1366-1 and BS-476 part 24.
NAK GE50 are produced in sizes from 125 mm to 500 mm. Larger sizes are available upon request.
Inner Wall
The stainless steel AISI type 316L (1.4404) is used for all combustion material and in all conditions, due to its capacity to resist to acids pitting. The thickness is of 0.6mm or greater.
Outer Wall
In moderate environment conditions the stainless steel AISI (1.4301) is used. However, and in high corrosive environment stainless steel AISI type 316L (1.4304) is used.
Insulations between walls
Rockwool of 50mm thickness density of 100kg/m3 is used. However, and upon demand, a rockwool of 100mm thickness and density of 100kg/m3 can be used making the system referred to as NAK GE100.
Joint Insulation
Biosoluble ceramic fiber, with 128kg/m3, allowing a homogeneous heat transfer through the whole pipe
NAK GE50 systems are double wall modular stainless steel flue liner, designated specially to work under elevated temperatures of up to 600C, and high pressure of up to 5000 Pa.
