- Duct Construction in accordance with SMACNA “HVAC DUCT CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS”.
- Ductwork Pressure Classification: Varies from 250 Pa up to 2500 Pa.
- Ductwork Materials:
- Galvanized steel (in accordance with ASTM 653 and ASTM 924 – G90 coating).
- Stainless steel (in accordance with ASTM A167, ASTM A480).
- Aluminum (in accordance with ASTM B209, type alloy 3003, H14).
- Ductwork Connection Type:
- Slip and Drive connectors for Ductwork and Fittings

Rectangular Volume Damper (NRED 25)
The NRED 25 damper is designed for air balancing application.
The Damper can be either manually operated with locking quadrant or motorized with a wide range of electrical actuators.
A stainless steel strip can be mounted on the side following the leakage class required.
For sizes smaller than 300 mm x 300 mm, an “S” cleat and a drive slip can be incorporated.
The NRED 25 damper is manufactured according to the applicable SMACNA Standard.
Standard Construction
Frame: Galvanized steel G90 U shape channel for flange connections.
Blade: 250 mm max height galvanized steel with V-groove construction.
Linkage: Side linkage concealed in frame.
Bearings: Polyamide square pushing pressed into frame.
Control shaft: 12x12mm zinc plated mild steel.
Axes: 12x12mm zinc plated mild steel.
Minimum size: 150 mm x 150 mm as single section.
Multiple sections assembly with unlimited size, where each section operates independently.
Round Volume Damper (NROD)
The NROD damper is designed for balancing application within round ductwork.
It is easy to install and seal. It becomes part of the ductwork and offers an economical alternative to a shop built damper.
Damper can be either manually operated with locking quadrant, or motorized (only NROD60) with a wide range of electrical actuators.
The NROD confirms to all of the S.M.A.C.N.A. requirements for volume damper construction.

Frame: Galvanized steel roll formed and welded for rigidity.
Blade: Single blade galvanized steel.
Handle: 80mm PVC handle. PVC bushings are pressed into frame.
Finish: Mill galvanized.
Option: A rubber joint can be installed to prevent air leakage.
Diameter: size varies from 100 mm to 200 mm. NROD20 is manufactured 5 mm smaller in diameter.
Length: The length of NROD20 is equal to its diameter plus 50 mm.

Frame: Galvanized steel roll formed and welded for rigidity.
Blade: Single blade galvanized steel.
6.35 mm shaft lock quadrant sets stamped heavy gauge steel.
Bearings: Bronze bushing pressed into frame.
Control shaft: 12.5 mm diameter zinc plated mild steel.
Option: A rubber joint can be installed to prevent air leakage.
Diameter: size varies from 1 00 mm to 600 mm. NROD60 is manufactured
5 mm smaller in diameter.
Length: The length of NROD60 is equal to its diameter plus 50 mm.
Round Butterfly Volume Damper (NRBD25)
The NRBD damper is designed for balancing application within round ductwork.
The NRBD is manually operated.
Standard Construction
Frame: Galvanized steel G90 roll formed, riveted or welded for rigidity.
Blade: Multiple blades galvanized steel.
Linkage: Galvanized steel central support riveted to blades.
Adjustment screw: 6 mm diameter fixed on the center-line.
Diameter: size varies from 100 mm to 900 mm.
Duct Access Door (NACD25)
The NACD25 is designed to provide access to fire dampers, volume control dampers, filters, etc.
Galvanized steel with different thickness is used for different access doors’ sizes.
The NACD25 is manufactured according to the SMACNA requirements for access door construction.
Standard Construction
Door panel: Double skin door with fiberglass insulation (25 mm or 50 mm).
Steel Sheet Thickness:
- Galvanized steel G90 gage 24 (0.7 mm) is used for the access doors size between 150×150 mm, up to 300×300 mm.
- Galvanized steel G90 gage 22 (0.8 mm) is used for the access doors size between 350×350 mm, up to 600×600 mm.
Cam Lock: Semi-circular shape to fix door with frame. For length above 350 mm, two cam locks shall be used.
Continuous hinges: Hinge is used in conjunction with a single cam lock. It is necessary for the rotation of the door from 0 ̊ to 180°.
Frame: Galvanized steel rectangular shape provided with gasket all around, to prevent air leakage. Bottom edge will be notched knock over for easy fixing into the duct.
Plenum Box (NPB)
The NPB is designed to provide a uniform air distribution.
The NPB can be linear or square depending on the type of air register.
The NPB is manufactured according to the SMACNA requirements for plenum boxes construction.
Standard Construction
Linear Plenum Box (NLPB)
Galvanized steel G90 thickness 0.7 mm.
The NLPB can be either supplied with or without internal insulation.
Different types of internal insulation can be applied upon client request.
Maximum one-piece length is 2000 mm.
Square Plenum Box (NSPB1/2)
Galvanized steel G90 thickness varies from 0.6 mm to 1 mm depending on
sizes.
The NSPB can be either supplied with or without internal insulation.
Different types of internal insulation can be applied upon client request.
Variable Air Volume (NAVAV)
VAV units are widely used for energy saving purposes.
Airflow through the VAV is often controlled by adjusting the valve opening in response to the temperature of the zone.
Two types of VAV are available:
– Pressure dependent valves.
– Pressure independent valves.

Casing: Galvanized steel G90, Zn 275 g/m2 •
Insulation: Clean liner acoustic infill density 32kg/m3 thickness 15 mm protected with black facing tissue inert to fungal and bacterial growth that can withstand velocities up to 15 m/s.
Blade: 60° inclined oval blade to ensure the best flow distribution across the opened area, and to reduce the noise level. The blade is equipped with low leakage peripheral seal.
Bypass VAV Box (NABDVAV)
The Bypass VAV Box is designed for a multipurpose use. It can be fitted in the ducting system to regulate supply flow and divert it to the return system when peak load is not needed.
It can also be fitted with heaters (electrical or water) to replace heat pumps units in case of cooling only units.
Wide range of functions can be implemented with this product.

Casing: Galvanized steel G90.
Insulation: Clean liner acoustic infill density 32 kg/m3 thickness 15 mm protected with black facing tissue inert to fungal and bacterial growth that can withstand velocities up to 15 m/s.
Blade: Galvanized steel G90, Zn 275g/m2, 1 mm thickness. The blade is equipped with low leakage peripheral seal.
Axis: 10 mm galvanized round filled axis fitted in the case with copper bearings.

D-SEALNAK Duct sealant is a one-component extremely flexible sealant, with high mold and bacterial resistance. Specially used for sealing in air ducts, air shafts, air conditioning units and ventilation units.

Flexible Round Duct
flexible, light weight, fiberglass insulated or uninsulated, laminated ducts suitable for low and high pressure systems. The ducts consist of several layers of aluminum and polyester laminates encapsulating a high tensile steel wire helix. The flexible ducts are easily installed over either round or oval connections.
